How do I order from Guns and Country?

We are an online based retailer of country clothing and field sports related products. To order, simply select the items you wish to purchase from our website and add them to your cart. From there, you can pay for your order through our secure Paypal checkout. Alternatively, you can also pay using direct bank transfer should you wish.

Is it safe to order online? How secure is my payment information?

Guns and Country is committed to ensuring our customers information is protected and secure at all times. For this reason, customers can pay for their order using Paypal. Paypal is secured to the highest levels and is trusted by millions of people across the world. We never store your payment details. Some of our customers prefer to pay using direct bank transfer which is fully secured through your bank.

Can I make changes to my order?

Yes. Provided you contact us straight away, we should be able to change your order prior to it being dispatched. There is no charge for this however if your order has already been processed and dispatched, the items would need to be returned to us in line with our returns policy.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Everyday, we send out all sorts of products to people all over the world. In most cases it doesn’t matter where you are, we’ll get it to you. There are exceptions however. Some of our products are  military grade accessories and are therefore classed as controlled exports. At the current time, scopes with a 9x magnification and over along with bipods are controlled exports. If you wish to purchase a scope or bipod from outside of the UK, please contact us.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No. Some people prefer to make an account whilst others do not. It’s totally up to you but regardless, you’re order will be processed quickly and efficiently.

How can I return an item?

We’re happy to say we rarely have any returns at Guns and Country. Mostly this is down to our products being detailed correctly on our website but also because of the quality of our products. If for any reason you wish to return an item, you must first contact us. Please do not return any items to our office address until you have contacted us.

How do I Track my Order?

Sometimes you just can’t wait. We know the feeling – and so that’s why we have introduced our new ‘Track Your Order’ facility. Simply click the ‘Track Your Order’ button found at the top of any page and enter your details.

What Payment Methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our Paypal payments system. You can also pay using your Paypal account or via direct bank transfer should you wish. Paypal is fully secure and we never store your payment information. Please note that if you are paying via direct bank transfer, your order will not be processed or dispatched until cleared funds have been received. Payments made by direct bank transfer typically reach our account straight away however.

Are all Items always in stock?

We try to ensure that all items shown on our website are available for you to purchase, day or night. There are however occasions where the item you have ordered may be out of stock. If this happens, we will contact you.
