By ordering from the Guns and Country online store (“Store”), you agree to the Terms of Purchase as set out herein in conjunction with this Site’s Terms of Use.

CHANGES TO TERMS OF PURCHASE

Guns and Country may at any time revise these Terms of Purchase by updating this page without notice. By using this Store, you agree to be bound by any such revisions. It is advised that you periodically visit this page to view the current Terms of Purchase.

AVALIABILITY OF GOODS

Guns and Country endeavour to keep the Store up-to-date if and when products become out of stock.  However, if a product included in your order is not available we will inform you promptly with an indication of expected delivery date and you will have the option to cancel and be refunded for that product or we can hold your order and arrange despatch as soon as the product becomes available.

SHORTAGE OR DAMAGES IN DELIVERY

If you believe that there are shortages in the number of products contained in a delivery or if any damage has occurred to the product(s) in transit you must notify Guns and Country by email within 3 working days of receipt of the product(s).

DELAY IN DELIVERY

Whilst Guns and Country endeavour to ensure despatch of all products within three working days by post or courier, Guns and Country shall not be liable for any delay or consequence of non-delivery of any product(s) in your order howsoever caused.

OWNERSHIP OF GOODS

Ownership of the product(s) ordered shall be transferred to the customer once the product(s) have been delivered and payment received and cleared in full.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

Guns and Country reserve the right to cancel any order without giving reason whereupon you will be issued with a full refund of product and delivery costs if applicable. If you would like to cancel an order within your cooling off period of 14 days from the day you received the product(s), you must contact us immediately. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds and exchanges on orders outside your legal cooling off period. This is due to a range of factors.If provided the goods are received in brand new, never been used condition and with the same packaging that they left our warehouse in we will fully refund the price of the goods. We will try to authorise your refund within 30 days although usually much sooner. Unless the reason for return is due to a mistake by ourselves, you will be responsible for the cost of the return postage and and ensuring that we receive the goods in the above condition. We recommend using a signed for, insured delivery method for your own peace of mind.

REFUNDS

Domestic Returns

Faulty Goods – All verified faulty goods will be fully refunded and we will also pay for the return postage. Please note that the verification process may mean we have to send the item back to the manufacturer. You will receive your refund within 30 days although usually much sooner.

Non-Faulty Goods – Non-faulty goods must be returned immediately after contacting us to tell us about a return. We cannot refund or exchange orders that are outside your legal 14 day cooling off period. Provided everything is in order we will fully refund the price of the goods. The return postage will not be refunded unless the reason for return is due to a mistake by ourselves and we receive proof of postage and postage cost from you.

Products returned for any reason other than an error on our behalf will be refunded at the product purchase price less an amount as tabled below to cover our administration and delivery costs:

International Returns

Guns and Country are happy to accept returns on all international orders.  All international order returns will incur a £20.00 administration fee for the purposes of any customs administration work required. Customers are also responsible for the return postage costs.

Please Note: Guns and Country will not refund or exchange soiled, marked, or misused products, including faulty products. Returned products deemed unclean or soiled will be returned to the customer at the customer’s. The following products cannot be returned unless faulty: riding hats, personalised products, products made to individual requirements, sealed DVDs, CDs, videos, and computer software.

 

COLLECTION OF INFORMATION

Guns and Country will collect personal data (your name, address, email address and telephone number) when you make a purchase from our store in order to process your order and communicate with you about your order.

Where a product ordered is to be dispatched directly from a third party supplier your name, address and telephone number only will be passed to that supplier for the purposes of delivering your product.

DISCLAIMER

Guns and Country takes no responsibility for the misuse or quality of any product sold. In the event of injury or death caused to an individual, animal or property, queries should be directed to the manufacturer of the product.

LAW & JURISDICTION

All goods are sold under English law and any disputes arising in connection with your purchase will be governed by English law and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

RETURNS

Arrived Damaged or Faulty – If your goods arrived damaged or are faulty you must email us within 7 days and preferably within 48 hours.

Faulty Goods – If your purchase was originally fine but has become faulty quite soon afterwards, please email us a short description of the problem you are having and we will reply to you in due course.

Non-Faulty Goods – Non-faulty goods must be returned within 14 days after receiving the product. In the first instance please contact us by email preferably within 48 hours. Our Returns Department will then contact you with the relevant procedure. Provided the goods are received in brand new, never been used condition and with the same packaging that they left our warehouse in, we will fully refund the price of the goods. You may receive your refund within 30 days although usually much sooner. Unless the reason for return is due to a mistake by ourselves, you will be responsible for the cost of the return postage and ensuring that we receive the goods in the above condition. We recommend using a signed for, insured delivery method for your own peace of mind as we will not refund return postage costs without proof of postage and postage costs.
